We seek businesses and assets with sound foundations and unrealised potential. We invest when both the opportunity and our role are clear.

Where appropriate, we work alongside management to strengthen operations and build the capabilities required for the next stage. Our contribution may include operating experience, supply-chain expertise, and access to financial, legal, and other specialist resources. The aim is practical: to remove constraints and create new avenues for growth.

Build resilience across cycles.
We diversify across asset classes with different sources of risk and return. The aim is to preserve capital and support durable growth through changing economic conditions, while protecting what makes each asset distinctive.
Alongside our investment activity, we provide strategic and commercial support to group companies. We occasionally undertake similar work for independent businesses where our operating experience is directly relevant.
